In partnership with the Rotary Club of Brandon and Rotary International, Mini University is excited to offer a FREE two-day virtual exchange workshop with youth Grades 4 – 8 (based on the current grade enrolled as of Sept 1, 2019).
This workshop will include learning about the cultural similarities and differences between Japan and Canada, with a focus on music and art activities. Each group of youth (in Canada and in Japan) will learn to create art and digital music that represents both Canadian and Japanese cultures on Friday, October 4th, and then share with each other in an online exchange on Saturday, October 5th.
-Friday, October 4th: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm (drop off at 5:30 pm)
-Saturday, October 5th: 10:30 am – 5:30 pm (drop off at 10:30 am)
Location: BU Healthy Living Centre, Room 002 (basement)
