GIRLS CAN… returns! Registrations are now open for the 2022-2023 season.

Girls Can… is a FREE fun hands-on program open to youth 9 – 13 years of age identifying as female, non-binary, trans, or otherwise gender-diverse! Participants will work with our mentors in engaging hands on activities aiming to increase confidence and gain scientific literacy. Activities may include robotics, coding, game design, sound engineering and more. Mentors help guide and encourage participants to develop and implement their own research projects over the course of the program.

Girls Can… will operate IN PERSON in compliance with provincial and university regulations. Should regulations change or protective health measures be imposed, the program will move to a virtual platform.

Dates/Times:
The program runs two separate sections, one on Monday nights and the other on Thursday nights. The first dates of each session will be on October 17 and October 20, respectively.
